CEO and Founder of United Franchise Group
As the Chief Executive Officer of United Franchise Group, Ray Titus founded and currently oversees several successful businesses: Fully Promoted, Signarama, Transworld Business Advisors, Venture X, Graze Craze, etc. Ray has consistently been acknowledged for his exceptional leadership and entrepreneurial skills: He has received the Outstanding Leadership Award from Palm Beach County, The Presidential “E” Award, the American Free Enterprise Medal, as well as the Counselor International Person of the Year.
Walter Miska
President of Fully Promoted
Walter Miska is a seasoned business leader with a strong background in franchise operations, sales, and business ownership. As President of Fully Promoted, he is focused on helping franchise owners succeed by strengthening support, improving performance, and identifying opportunities for continued growth across the system.
Walter brings a unique and practical perspective to the role, having owned and operated a Fully Promoted franchise, earned recognition as a Hall of Fame franchise owner, and later served as a Regional Vice President within United Franchise Group. He has also owned several other businesses throughout his career. His experience as both an operator and franchise leader gives him a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities franchise owners face and the support they need to grow.
Walter lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Christine. He has been an active Rotarian for more than 20 years and values service, community, and strong relationships.
